We are currently looking for an experienced postdoctoral researcher. The employment ideally starts as soon as possible.   • Conducting basic and translational research in signal transduction pathways (e.g., antigen receptor cascade, DNA damage response), as well as cellular immunology and tumor microenvironment interactions.
  • Utilizing molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and pharmacological techniques, including screening and validation in both human (cell lines and primary tumor samples) and murine models.
  • Proven experience in independent project development and execution, including collaborative work with national and international research consortia.
  • Proficient in preparing grant applications, manuscripts, and regulatory documents.
  • Mentoring and supervision of students (MD, PhD).
  • PhD (Dr. rer. nat. or equivalent degrees in life sciences), preferably with 2-3 years of professional experience.
  • Background in cellular immunology, molecular oncology, and (epi)genetic regulation, evidenced by high-impact publications.
  • Practical experience with molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and cell biology techniques such as PCR, immunoblotting, flow cytometry, and animal experiments with FELASA Course B.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data from modern high-throughput techniques (e.g., NGS, proteomics).
  • Capability for independent scientific concept design and mentorship, with strong personal commitment and a desire for professional development (e.g., habilitation).
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, with proven ability to prepare grant applications and presentations.
